Read this as a snapshot, because that is what it is. Filing accounts resets the
next due date, so a date in the past means the company had not filed as at
2026-09-01. Some will have filed the following week. A late filing is
also not by itself evidence of wrongdoing: administration, a dispute with auditors and
plain administrative failure all produce an identical row.
